  I really enjoyed my time at Honda of Indian Trail, I especially liked the Movie Room 🎥 and the great tasting popcorn 🍿. The building was very neat and clean, especially the floors and the restrooms , (and yes, ! I checked the men restroom too,. It was vacant) This is a Super Great Place to get your car serviced and watch a great movie while you wait. I would not mind if I had to wait 2 hours or more!! It’s well worth it.. It’s so comfortable, clean and very inviting just like a home setting.. Love ❤️ 💕 💗 every moment I was there.. you would too!!!

  Excellent customer service. The Service Rep I had even went in on his day OFF to help me. What?!
  I quit using them for maintenance years ago because the simplest oil change would take 3 hours. However, just a week ago, my van had a major problem and it was fixed with in 24 hours. The entire garage was their to help me when I pulled in. I had so much positive attention I had to take a minute to look up and make sure I was in the Honda Bay.
  I can't possibly remember all the names, but TEAM comes to mind the most. Frank and Alex and the entire team were simply amazing!

  The staff is always super friendly and quick when I take my car here! When we first bought our car in back in June 2020, there were no pushy feelings from any of the employees we dealt with, like you get at other dealerships close by. Always happy to take my car here! 😊

  I always have a great experience at this location. I have bought three cars from them and have all my service and maintenance performed here. Each employee I have encountered is professional and takes pride in their work. That's exactly what I'm looking for whether it is for something small like an oil change or something big like a new car purchase.

  I come to the Sherwin-Williams all the time great customer service from both the ladies and gentlemen manager super awesome super nice super cool I was showing love to every customer very knowledgeable with all the paint supplies my favorite paint store from your boy Mohamad

  Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful - when they aren't too busy. Products are top notch and they have a great variety of painting tools. But, it was over an hour wait just to get two gallons of paint for a tiny residential paint job. Staff was very apologetic for the wait. It appeared as if every local paint contractor decided to drop in at the same time.

  I hadn't painted my little home in about 16 years and was starting one room at a time. The staff were INCREDIBLY kind, patient and helpful. And they never pushed me towards the most expensive product and gave me only what I needed for my one small project. I was really impressed!
