(August 23, 2018, 12:29 pm)My family and I have used nationwide Insurance for 20-30 years and I switched to NC Farm Bureau 2 years ago after being referred to by family members that are customers as well. The new home we are buying required documents, insurance, and deposit all with a 48 hour deadline. We still had to see the house and they could not set up walk through until the next day which left us 24 hours. We saw the house the next day but it was after 7pm and now that we committed to buying, we literally had 3 hours left the next day to submit everything and Jamie Griffin and Leslie Ashcraft came through more than they realized for our family. The quality of service is unmatched, the cost per value is amazing, and the communication is almost instant with immediate results. I will recommend NC Farm Bureau highly and I believe recognition is deserved for everyone working together there as a team and putting the customer first which is not as common as you would think these days. Special thank you to Jamie Griffin for leading my request and responding in less than 3 minutes to every message i sent, especially with a deadline I had to meet that you weren't even aware of and now I will be getting my new home thanks to you. Thank you Leslie Ashcraft for seeing it through, faxing the mortgage company my forms which was my responsibility but you took it a step further and sent immediately, and being thorough and complete with the entire process. Thank you Thank you again, I will be a grateful customer for life!
