  Started with the 6 week challenge with the wife after us gaining weight after having a baby. Fell in love with the people, the workout, the comaraderie, and them holding us accountable. I am wheelchair bound and ended up losing over 17 lbs and 6 inches of my waist, now I'm a regular and loving going in to work out with the crossfit family.

  Great place the staff is amazing its like working out with your own personal trainer don't be worried to take a chance you will not regret it

  Life changing program. Hardest part was getting started but once you do, the program is addicting and the people running it make you want to be there. Quality place, program and people.

  Joining CrossFit MNC has been the best decision I've made for myself in quite some time. I was looking for a fun/challenging way to get in shape and change my lifestyle when I came across this place. Since joining 8 months ago I've lost 20 pounds and have had a blast meeting new friends who helped push me beyond what I thought I could ever do. The coaches and owners are amazing and always give feedback to help improve. Looking forward to conquering my next challenge at CrossFit MNC!
