Had wonderful service when I called on the phone to set up appointment with Sandy and when Dale came out to my house another great encounter with terminix glad I made the decision to call!!

Highly recommend. Dale came out to the house, was on time, proficient and incredibly knowledgeable about what needed to be done to rectify the situation in my home. He took the initiative to schedule a two week follow up visit so that I did not have to worry about doing that. He further explained in detail what I would need to do to prepare for that upcoming follow up visit, also making sure that I received everything that we talked about in a form through my email in case I forget anything. Which was incredibly helpful to me. I was contacted within a few hours after him leaving my home by their office to schedule that follow up appointment. That showed me that he was incredibly serious about helping me to rectify the situation that I have going on. He was friendly and courteous and had a great sense of humor. With everything that I have to remember, it was nice to know that this is one less thing that I have to worry about that somebody else can take care of. He was very reassuring that the problem would be taken care of and even gave me a timeframe in which I could expect it to be taken care of. His attitude was very upbeat and positive and it was very evident that he was willing to do whatever he needed to do to not only address the issue but also to resolve the issues that I was experiencing. And I appreciate that greatly. Definitely, I highly recommend. Also the staff at the Monroe, NC office is very easy to work with, very kind and personable. They are definitely on the ball and know their stuff. So if you want peace of mind and people who are on the ball, these are the professionals to call to take care of whatever pest issues you may be experiencing. They will take care of it for you.
