  Great people and smiling faces. However be aware the doc feels are 700 dollars and not included in price listed. Was happy with purchase and sell went quickly.

  Searching for and buying a used car can be such a stressful and intimidating venture. After much research, we found the car we wanted at Direct Automotive in Monroe. They were very prompt in answering any of our questions before we drove to the dealership. The salesman, Mitch, went above and beyond to help us through the process. We highly recommend this dealership and couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and the overall experience!

  Great Guys to deal with. Mitch was very helpful listened to what I wanted " price, trade & finance" was great for the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd I wanted. Quick & hassle free. I've Had truck a few months now w no problems.

  Owner is always there and willing to work through any issues with you. I just bought a Mercedes from them and they were very up front about the pricing and what they had done to service the vehicle. I found a scuff on it the next day and took it back to them and they buffed and waxed the whole car for free. Great guys.

The motor has 1 or 2 bad heads and we are looking at a $4,000 fix. THE VEHICLE WAS RIGGED in order to sell. The worst part was he wanted us to buy the Warranty and submit a claim after it was driven a few hundred miles so they wouldn't get suspicious. BAD BUSINESS!!!!
