Everyone on staff is excellent. They care about the patients. Dr. Smith is a very good communicator and listener. He diagnosed my problem, explained thoroughly and treated the issue.

The office was cleaned and serviced was excellent. The front office staff was friendly and very professional I was extremely happy with my visits and will continue to use their services. That is why I’m giving them an A plus they are that good.

I have had hearing issues for 30 plus years. I would see a new ent every 5 years as I move frequently. Each new ent would say that there is nothing we can do. Finally I have hope of living a more fruitful life because of Queen City ENT.

Dr Alyse Stempel was personable and extremely professional. She went above and beyond with my 1st experience on the 1st phase of fitting my new hearing aids. Grateful that she is my advocate. The staff is always so pleasant and efficient with me and my appointments. Thank you so much for making this “new journey” of my hearing loss a more informative one.

QC ENT is a blessing to our family. The staff is always so kind and supportive. Dr Gillespie is our hero! He fought through insurance for us and always had our best interest at heart.
