Air Agents Heating & Cooling

I have been looking for a while for an HVAC company I feel comfortable with, I hope I am done looking. Tyler was on time and knowledgeable. Had to replace one part, no pressure sales pitch, just explanation of why or why not to replace it.

Cody from Air Agents (formerly Tier1) just left after checking my Carrier air conditioner for the season. As usual, he was professional, very pleasant, efficient, and explained what he was doing. All checked out well! I can always count on Air Agents.

I have a UV light in my house that needed to be replaced so Zach from Air Agents came by. He was so polite and professional. I asked him to change my filter and he was happy to take care of it for me. I highly recommend Zach and Air Agents.

Tyler and his service was exceptional! Very courteous and forthcoming. Our house was without heat all weekend. He was able to find the issue/resolve very quickly and thoroughly, and even advised steps to take in order to mitigate the problem if it reoccurs. Highly recommend!
