    Ben is seriously such a helpful guy. I go out of my way to have this location take care of my vehicles. Always takes care of me very quickly, never tries to over-sell me on stuff I don't need. Thanks Ben!

    I have been a person that never writes reviews , but I felt I had to share a single grandma’s experience of one of the things I fear and that is breaking down in an unfamiliar city.I called the AAMCO shop in Monroe,NC and Charles told me he would be there in minutes,and was, fixed my car,and saw me through the problem until I could safely get back on the road. I feel AAMCO of Monroe goes above and beyond.

    I had a friend visit and she discovered a flat tire when ready to leave on Saturday.Called several tire shops who could not get to it. Called AAMCO and Charles answered . Even though the shop was closed, after explaining the situation, he came to the house ,removed the tire,fixed it and returned to put it back on. I can't say enough about the tremendous ,courteous customer service I received from AAMCO in Monroe, NC and their employee Charles today. I would definitely recommend this shop for any repair needed.
