  The lady at the guest services by the name "Chelsea" was very friendly and polite. I have received the best hospitality over here compared with other Walmart's definitely a nice place to shop.

  This is a nice Walmart. Generally clean and well taken care of. There are self checkouts at both ends of the store. It appears that they have upped their theft management as there are entry/exit gates to the shopping area of the store. Unobtrusive though. They appear to open automatically.

  Walmart is Walmart no matter where you go. I always spend more time there than I plan to looking at their new and sale items. They are remodeling the store so you have to go in at the other entrances, not the main one. They should put something really noticeable at the main entrance so you know you cannot go in that way and you don't park around that entrance. Walmart is stocking new items so there are a lot of boxes in the aisles that make it hard to get around. I gave them 4 stars because I went to the fabric department and picked up a little over $300 worth of stuff only to be told the person working in that department leaves about 7:30. I had to go to several people before they went on their radio to ask if someone in the store knew how to cut fabric. They finally found someone about 20 minutes later. Before they found someone I asked if I could leave the material somewhere and they could put a note on it saying I would be back in the morning and I was told no. I was frustrated because it took me around a hour to pick out everything. We use the fabric to make quilts for people in chemo and dialysis because they get cold sitting there having their procedures. That is why I was getting over $300 worth. To sum it all up, I had a frustrating visit to Walmart but I will still go there because of the lower prices.

  The phone customer service is terrible! Called to get in contact with electronics department. Was transferred there. No one answered so the phone kicked back to general customer service. Same woman kept picking up and saying I’ll transfer you without actually finding out what I needed help with. After the call kicking back to her a few times she wouldn’t even say hello but would transfer directly to electronics. After a few more kickbacks because none was there to answer the call got sent back to her again to which she just hung up. Spent 25 minutes being transferred by her. Terrible customer service.
  
  Edit: I did finally get in touch with a manager (Dana) and she was able to help me with everything I needed. Even offered to call me back when the item that I needed came back into stock. She single handily turned a 1 star experience into a 5 star one!

  One of the cleanest Wal Marts I've been too. Great deli food. Though produce sometimes leaves something to be desired. Clothing is great and shoes are quite cute.
