“With exception of one person I've dealt with on the phone at Monroe, NC office (Marie) everyone else seems to be pretty customer oriented to me. I did submit a revision of their hours on here: They show open 24 hours, but that is if you call on phone...and an answering service handles calls after 5pm weekdays and all day weekends. Their office is only open 8-5 Monday through Friday.”

“Great place. Lots of inventory. They have good clearances where you can get great pricing... However, what when you are checked out.. be sure you get the discounts (including the Good Sam discount). Some times the register system does not have the clearance pricing set up so it rings up the regular price. They will quickly fix it but you have to speak up. (They would have 5 stars if I did not have to be so careful when i check out) .... my last clearance shopping trip rang up at $180... but after i said something they credited me $48 due to their error... so it matters.”
