I had a broken handle on the shut off valve in the bathroom at my rental property in Charlotte and call Peters Pipers to replace the entire shut off valve (since this is an older property and I had looked for a handle and was unable to find one). I also needed a broken part in the shower replaced. Johnny Peters, owner of Peters Pipers was very professional and responsive to my request. He arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and quickly assessed and fixed both issues. He was able to save me money by replacing the handle on the shut off valve instead of replacing the entire shut off valve. I am happy and relieved to have found a plumber who I can trust. I highly recommend his services.
