This standalone store sits away from any large shopping center or mall, which makes it an ideal place to come if you're not a big fan of crowded shopping areas. This neighborhood store is neat and well stocked, and the employees are always helpful. It's always a first choice for me because it's convenient and away from the chaos.

(November 21, 2018, 12:59 pm)It was an exceptional shopping experience! I mean I already love Kohl's to begin with, but I just moved down here from Boston, so I'm furnishing a new home. The customer service was excellent. There was always someone in the area I was in, to go to if I had a question. After racking up items for our new guestroom, we headed over to the cash registers.
We were greeted by Barbara who kindly helped us check-out. With the amount of items we got ($500 worth), I decided to apply for a Kohl's credit card. That's when Ben the manager came over to help out. Very nice guy. Informed me of all the benefits I would receive with the Kohl's Charge Card. Ben displayed excellent customer service; which I know it's his job to do, but you can tell when people are sincere and when it's not. I'm pretty sure me applying for the card didn't hurt either, but still.
After we were done, Ben had one of his trusty employees to help us bring some stuff out to the car. So as you can see, a very great experience.
FYI, my husband hates coming into Kohl's with me because I can be in there all day. (So much so, that I should either invest in the company or get a job there), but after this awesome experience, I think it helped him forget how much we spent. :D
