(July 17, 2016, 11:31 am)Dr. McCabe and her staff are very professional, polite and fun to be around. Tamara has been the most informative hygienist I've ever had, as she is really helping me better understand how to better care for my overall dental health. I would highly recommend this practice!

(October 7, 2014, 10:53 am)I have been going to Dr. Thompson for many years now. She is an amazing dentist, and I just can't say enough about her or her staff. I moved two years ago, and I drive an hour to get to her office because I know I won't find anywhere else that will be as awesome as they are.
The staff is awesome. They seem truly happy to see me every time I walk in the door.
I have seen both Dr. Thompson and Dr. McCabe, and I have to say I love them both. They've always been on time and very caring. Dr. Thompson's work has been amazing and I've been very happy.
I would definitely recommend Fountain's Family Dentistry! -

(August 29, 2014, 10:54 am)I just wanted to thank the staffs of Fountain's Family Dentistry for the excellent work they did with my kids. I was very skeptical about taking my very young children to dentists, but after our experience at Fountain's Dentistry; my confidence is at another level. The timing was great, I called for an appointment and within minutes my appointment was scheduled. I have terrible sense of direction, and I called the staffs at Family Dentistry, and one of the staff members talked to me on the phone until I arrived at their location (turn by turn direction). The best part is that I did not even have to wait; my kids were seen within minutes of our arrival. The staffs at Fountain's Dentistry were very friendly, professional, and most of all, very good with kids. I was able to speak to the Doctor (Dr. Thompson) one on one, and she took her time to explain the process and different stages that my children will have to go through. I recommend Fountain Dentistry to anybody that enjoys quality work.

(August 28, 2014, 8:33 pm)It had been quite a few years since I had been to the dentist. However, I had a cavity that was visible to me. So, I considered several dentist in the Charlotte area (the Arboretum, Matthews, etc.) and decided on The Fountains Family Dentistry. Dr. Karen Thompson was very gentle and caring. She identified several cavities that needed attention and took care of them all on the same visit. I felt very comfortable in the chair while she was working. I believe she is a caring and competent dentist. I would recommend The Fountains Family Dentistry to anyone!

We always feel welcomed by the friendly front desk staff when we arrive, and the office is incredibly warm and inviting. Dr. Thompson gives a thorough exam and really takes her time with me and my children. I would highly recommend this practice!
