Dimitri provided me with a detailed quote within an hour of reaching out to him, as well as, specific options to fit my family’s needs. This elite customer service is something I’ve never received in the past when dealing with other insurance agents. Brightway has many options available for policies with different companies and that allows us the ability to get the lowest rates possible without having to do time consuming research on our own. Both Dimitri and his staff are very mindful of customer satisfaction and I know they will provide my family with the best coverage.
They are also an organization that gives back to their community which is a trait I find commendable.

His quotes were hands down the lowest rates and better coverage from all the other quoted we received from several companies. He was very responsive and patient when explaining the different options and making changes to the policies to fit our needs.

Who can say that shopping for homeowners, auto and umbrella policies at one time was actually an enjoyable experience?!? Only those folk who were fortunate enough to reach out to Dimitri! (January 16, 2019, 8:07 am)Dimitri was great! He was recommended to me by my lender after my previous insurance provider dropped me due to a missing form that I wasn't aware of. When I tried to renew my policy they made me feel like I was a hassle for making them work. After working with Dimitri I have a much better policy for about the same rate. He was very informative and worked quickly. I highly recommend him!
