(March 20, 2019, 8:35 am)From the front office to the actual visit with the doctors, this place is fabulous with patients and parents. They made sure we understood what was going on at every appointment. They are all caring people who want the best for the patient. I never once called when they didn’t just bend over backwards to help me. We felt comfortable with everyone there at the Lancaster office!! Love love love them! I would recommend them to anyone!!

(January 25, 2019, 1:35 pm)Recently had a consultation with Dr. John. Before seeing him my encounter with the staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly but yet professional. Dr John is the best. He took his time explaining everything. He did a simple procedure that satisfied what I was trying to accomplish. I don’t need braces but if I did, he would be the orthodontist I would choose. Thank you, Dr John for your honesty and kindness.

Their work in our community matches their care for their patients. We never wait for appointments and their offices run so smoothly. We love their front office ladies as well. So wonderful. We definitely recommend them.
