I can not express how grateful I am for Chris, Jerry and there whole service department! These guys went above and beyond to help me. I called and explained my situation to Jerry and he told me to come by and they would take care of me. I got there and Chris got me in and out right away. They were all very professional, and experts at what they do. Any issues I have with my vehicle, this is the place I'm going. If you need anything done to your vehicle, Eastern Carolina should be your first phone call. I Highly Recommend!!!
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Jerry and Chris and their whole team. The service was swift, thorough, and the price was extremely fair. I feel very comfortable with the East Carolina team performing any of the repairs my vehicle will need. They made what could have been a stressful experience very easeful for my family and I. I could not recommend these guys any higher. I will definitely be back with friends and family. Customer for life. Side note, my vehicle is older with quite a few miles and what meant the most to me was they cared for it like it was a new vehicle. Instead of pushing it to the side or doing a slack job because it's older, they treated her well and I can't express my gratitude for that. Thank you so much East Carolina!
This is by far the most caring and fair auto body business I have encountered in this area. They always go out of their way to help me and their prices are reasonable.
I was in need of a four wheel brake job quickly. These guys did a great job at a very fair price. I was not pressured on doing other things more then what I requested. I have a Toyota tundra and from now on these guys will be my go to mechanics
Mr.Jerry Roach and the men at this place saved the day for me and my children! We were out of town visiting my family and of course my van decided to act up. These guys decided to take a look at my van even though they were busy. In the end everything costs me under $200. Thank goodness!
