(March 13, 2019, 9:53 pm)Best wings in Charlotte! The Carolina gold are my go to. I also eat a lot of pizza, all over the place and theirs is standout in the Charlotte area, which has a heavy presence and variety of pizzerias. Bisontes stands out because it brings 2 regional items that are just spot on. Pit fired buffalo wings- you haven't ever really eaten a buffalo wing unless it's cooked like this. The buffalo style pizza features the obligatory 'roni cups' which are worth it alone if you've never eaten pepperoni in natural casing- the cup and char effect make for a more flavorful pepperoni. Oh, they also make the blue cheese in house I hear and it really shows !

(February 8, 2019, 7:28 pm)Best AUTHENTIC buffalo pizza. My husband is from Buffalo so when we visit pizza is always a must have, next to Mighty Taco. This is the closet thing we've had to wise guys and imperial outside of Buffalo!!! Must have if you're a pizza lover!!
(January 19, 2019, 11:11 pm)????Three buddies and myself had lunch here this past Friday. Great pizza (buffalo style crust) sausage and onions. Great garlic bread. Great service and staff. Highly recommend!
