  Staff is extremely polite and helpful. One of the best buying experiences I've had and I didn't feel pressured at all.
  
  They seemed very knowledgeable about their products and prices were reasonable. They're very upfront about the quality and offer a good warranty. (I do question why they have some lower end models that they claim are low quality if they're just going to steer you away from them, but it is what it is).
  
  They also offer delivery (through a third party) to anywhere in Charlotte, which is handy as not all of their products are highway legal.

  Just so that everyone knows, Matthews Fun Machines closed its doors toward the end of February 2019. Most of the new inventory was purchased by Team Charlotte Motorsports, including watercraft and ATV's. Team Charlotte has not taken the Aprilia dealership, though.
  Some of the old MFM staff moved to the new store. Tee Caldwell (a fantastic sales manager at MFM) has moved. And as of early March 2019, Ross the MFM parts manager has moved along with one or two more former employees.
  Best wishes to them and to all of my other friends, especially the service professionals, at MFM.
  You'll be missed.

  We stopped in late last year looking at motor scooters. We knew little to nothing and Tim, the owner, was really kind, patient, and helpful. After spending nearly an hour with us, he actually told us NOT to buy from him since we lived in VA (we were visiting). He said it was important to buy a scooter from a dealer that knew how to service that scooter and after looking up our area, he found that there was no one nearby who could service a scooter we would buy from him. I have not forgotten his kindness and patience that day and it is seven months later. Any business that cares about people enough NOT to sell them a scooter is a business worth doing business with.

  Had a great experience at this place. Me & my family enjoyed our time with friendly people while my son mini bike was being repaired. I live in Charlotte & bypass other places because the 1st time I called I got someone not a machine. When we arrived the customer service was wonderful. Very good family fill to this place. Thanks for all you guys do, the Rankin family.
