If you are looking for a company that will do a good job, has good people, and stands behind their work, give Thomas a try. We have used them for about 10 years, for both our termite and pest control needs. They have not disappointed, including multiple termite issues...of which they assumed 100% responsibility to correct.
I started with Thomas Pest Control back in 2006, when the builder had them on contract. This was my first new home in North Carolina and I was very particular about who would take care of my home the best. Well, as you can see, rating them 5 Stars, I must be a very satisfied customer. I am completely. Every employee that came to my home on a quarterly basis was highly professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the process, and took the time to answer all my concerns. They never hesitated to come out in between the quarterly time frame, if I had some unexpected issues. Thanks Thomas Pest Control for your outstanding service. I highly recommend them for all homeowners.
We were connected with this company by our builder's warrantee department. They were timely, courteous, and efficient. We live on the York Reservoir and near some dense woods, there are a lot of bugs in the area. We had some ants in garage as we moved things in, we don't anymore and I haven't seen an insect in the garage or house since their treatment.
Great company, they treated my new home for termites when it was built, and I have continued the service with them. Today Johnathan came out to start a quarterly pest management program, he is very friendly and recommended what is in my best interest. It is obvious that he is not commissioned like most in-home service providers, his insight and professionalism is greatly appreciated. As the owner of a service business I am impressed with Thomas Pest Control' people and business model, keep up the great work!
