  The whole staff was terrific! The offices are beautiful and very clean. We needed another sports physical and we were able to get in with the NP so quickly. He gave a very thorough exam and we were on our way. We will definitely be back

  Best urgent care experience I've had. Staff was welcoming, wait was almost non existent. They pay attention to details. Would not hesitate to go back. Will be the urgent care of choice for my whole family. Great location for Sun Valley residents. Extremely satisfied.

  All the staff were very sweet and kind. I felt very welcomed even though I was a first time patient and only had to pay $20.00. The doctor prescribed me medication and actually after going over my records, she called me to make sure I didn't take one of my other medications while taking the antibiotic she prescribed. If I couldn't go without my muscle relaxer she was going to prescribe a different antibiotic. I assured her I would not take the muscle relaxer until I finished the antibiotic. That, to me, was great service and a truly caring doctor. I was also told about a VIP program that will be very helpful for me financially. I want to thank the staff for their A+ service!

  Took my son in to get checked out for possibly having the flu. The staff here is very friendly and they make you feel at ease. The wait time was better than any regular doctors office that I have been to lately. I would definitely recommend Family Urgent Care to everyone!!

  Absolutely hands down the best urgent care, and physician's office that I have ever been to. They are kind, help with empathy and efficiency, and when we were there for our son recently, they even provided my daughter with snacks and talked to her while we saw the doctor. Will never go anywhere else if we can help it. Re-instills faith in the medical field!
