“We were on our way to Florida for Christmas and made a stop at a friends in Charlotte and the refrigerator in our MotorHome stopped cooling. After trying to get every dealer in the area to look at, with no success, we found RV & Camper Refrigeration on line. Called and talked to Melanie and she set us up a day to bring in our RV and repair the refrigerator. It needed a new cooling unit and they build them on site. They replaced the unit that day and had us back on the road again. The unit they put in is far better than what came from the factory. We had them remove the ice maker, as we bought a countertop unit from Sam’s club that makes ice ten times faster than the one in the fridge and frees up a lot of room in the freezer. The unit cools so much more efficient that the temp we always set it at was too cold and started to freeze the milk so we now have it on the warmest setting and it works great. I HIGHLY recommend them for refrigerator repair and probably about any repair your RV might require if you are in the area.”

Came in yesterday to get my Altima tinted and he was completely honest with me when we talked about what tint % I wanted. He let me know the prices up front and wasn’t trying to give me the run around on anything.( which I highly respect and appreciate from him cause I came in by myself and could've easily got ripped off) I’m referring everybody to his shop and will be coming back again to get some more work done. Here's one example of how great they are, on the day that I had many chores and pressed for time, I arrived at the shop 5 minutes before the closing time. Instead of turning me away, Mike and his crew welcomed me with a smile for an oil change. During the oil change, I explained that my steering wheel shakes at a certain speed and the two front tires may need to be balanced. Mike's response with a smile "Don't worry, we always have time for customers and we will take care of it". Great people with excellent customer service!”

“This Goodyear went above and beyond. I had to get my car towed there after having another repair shop not do a job properly that was done earlier in the day. They quickly checked out my car and immediately found what was wrong. One of the technicians Bob even stayed an hour over the time he was supposed to leave just to make sure I would be able to drive my car home that night. They made a terrible experience from another shop bearable by working to make things right. Even though I live 30 minutes away from this location I will be going back simply because the customer service was excellent.”
