I brought my Mercedes in for a lifetime alignment they realized they didn't have the special tools and he said he would order them to be able to do the job .What Great customer service ! I have the lifetime alignment on 3 of my American cars. When they get the tools I'm bringing 3 Mercedes in for service. When the word gets out they can do Mercedes they will get the work.
