“Needed a starter in my Tundra. I had no idea how much work went into simply putting in a new starter. After going to a Toyota dealer and given an insane price, I felt they were trying to pull one over on me. My neighbor referred me to Prestige Auto. They were very professional and also explained that the starter for this truck was unusual and was a lot of work. However, Prestige Auto installed a new Toyota starter for hundreds less than the dealer wanted. It was nice to find they specialize in body work and paint! This comes in handy as I have a teenage daughter (and wife) that are no strangers to 'bumping' into things. The professionalism and honesty that I experienced at Prestige has earned my business for ANY future needs for my vehicles- not to mention the have a great selection of vehicles to purchase. ”

“I visited this coffee shop in order to find out if I can take my wife here later on. Turns out I can! Very nice folks that support children's Home in monroe with the proceeds. What a great way to help the community while getting a coffee. The place has free wifi and lots of quiet space to do some work or hang out. Perfect location to come with a friend and have a coffee or simply sip your latte while checking out the shops in the back of the building. Very neat concept. ”

“Update Oct 10-22-2018 Worked things out. They were planning to call me. Some miscommunication. They do care about the customers. Just need to communicate the changes at the outset that you are never locked in and they try to catch you up to market rate. The best you can hope for is the business is willing to work things out with the customer. Thanks for working this out with us! Update Oct 12 2018: new management means new charges. Huge rate increase happens every few months to catch you up to some market rate that you are not aware of when you join. The advertised price is $80 and they sent a letter saying they will charge me $140+ going forward due to rising prices. Total nonsense. Prices and inflation have risen a few percent not 57%. I will attempt to sort this out one more time, but I've already had to move units before due to the same practice last year. Not happy to go back and forth constantly for this. ____________ Old review: So far so good. Singed up today and had a pleasant experience with LaToya. She's flexible and able to work things out how you need them. I will update on the experience of this rental as time progresses. I believe I will be renting for a while. Only thing that's scary is the contract, but it appears to be standard for the industry. Make sure to make payments or within 5 days you could lose unit access. Let them know Sergey recommended them :)”
