“Brian and his late father have helped me since 1984 with installing and replacing sump pumps and now replacing an old water heater. I called and left a message on Sunday and he called me Monday morning stating he was booked for the day, but would be there on Tuesday. His crew came Tuesday as promised and did a fine and quick job. The Rheem water heater he selected was one of the best residential units having a long 12 year warranty. Sure, it may have cost a bit more than a cheap heater, but I'd rather pay now than later. The crew were very nice and left the house looking as if they never were there. My water heaters are on the second floor, so they had plenty of opportunities to mess up the place. I highly recommend Brian and Carolina. You may have to wait a day or two, but quality guys aren't idle and have plenty of work commitments. Henry”
