“Great place. Lots of inventory. They have good clearances where you can get great pricing... However, what when you are checked out.. be sure you get the discounts (including the Good Sam discount). Some times the register system does not have the clearance pricing set up so it rings up the regular price. They will quickly fix it but you have to speak up. (They would have 5 stars if I did not have to be so careful when i check out) .... my last clearance shopping trip rang up at $180... but after i said something they credited me $48 due to their error... so it matters.”

“Grumpy Monk in Monroe is now one of my favorite eating establishments. They had some rough patches with service when they opened, but those have smoothed out. The food is excellent and the service is usually very quick. This is our favorite place for salad in the area. They're always fresh and they are HUGE - easily 2-3 times bigger than a dinner salad at most any other restaurant I've tried. The burgers are good, the wings are great. The french dip is one of my favorite sandwiches anywhere. Their homemade chips are wonderful - everything I've eaten there recently has been excellent. We try to make it in once a week if we can. “I had the Bacon Cheeseburger meal and it was one of the best if not the best burger I have had in a long time. Crispy bun with a nice medium well patty that was super juicy. This was all while they were so busy I had to park in the adjoining target parking lot to pick up my take out. I guess it goes to say if it’s packed then it probably has good food. Kudos to the team to for there friendly service.”
