Calvary Baptist Church

I have been a member of Calvary Baptist Church for close to 40 years. I left the church to go to college and when I came back, I was welcomed as if I had never left. The members of the church are very welcoming and warm. Thank God for this light house in our neighborhood.

So I've never actually been to this church, but I pass by almost every day. "God Will Make A Way For You," posted on their sign has given me an emotional lift some days, and the courage and strength to see the good in everything on other days. They had a 3-day revival recently, "Everyone Welcome," and had it extended just another day or two, I'd have shown up. One day I'll visit them, and tell the congregants personally just how much that Word of Encouragement did for me. I'm certain it encouraged many others in the same way.
