(May 14, 2022, 1:13 pm)Whenever I learn different international dishes I like to find ingredients at dedicated ethnic grocery stores, and truthfully -- Indian cuisine is all about the spices. This store has all of the spices for recipes I have found -- which represents a tiny portion of the spices they have available, and they are from authentic producers and imported (mostly). The service was excellent, and the prices were what I would expect them to be, so that wasn't a disappointment. If there is one thing I would suggest it would be to have a more complete line of fresh breads from a local bakery, if there is one. Otherwise, an excellent experience, the store is clean and conveniently located to Highway 64, and they have a new customer.
