  I have been a patient at a number of different physical therapy facilities here in NC, as well as in other states and Aquatic Physical Therapy & More is by far my favorite facility, with my favorite therapists and I truly wish I had not waited so long to try them out. What's different? First and foremost, I am comfortable with every single staff member - they are professional, know what they are doing, are friendly and truly make you feel at home. They actually take an interest in you and are truly there to help and that has not always been my experience with other companies. The facilities are well maintained and the atmosphere is professional, yet comfortable. The pool and the underwater treadmill are AWESOME and can be real game changers. I was initially extremely hesitant and self conscious about the idea of aquatic PT and potential embarrassment as I am NOT comfortable in any type of swim attire, but the pool is small, the staff and other patients are friendly and not at all judgmental, and this is the perfect type of PT for me and my long suffering knees. The pool is a comfortable temperature and there is a hot tub you can relax in for a bit afterwards. The maximum amount of patients in the pool (which is more of a large tank) is about 4, but there are usually 2 or 3 people at a time, but sometimes you luck out and have the pool all to yourself. I have just graduated from using only the pool to also using the gym facilities/machines, and I enjoy that as well. For the first time ever, I actually look forward to going to PT. I have been here since October 2019, and have loved it. I should also note that they have been especially careful about cleanliness during Covid 19, and I feel very comfortable continuing with my PT during this time. I really recommend that you give them a try!

  I am 76 yrs old & have had several occasions to use this facility. I have 'bad bones' & these folks have gotten me back up & running numerous times
  I cannot say enough about how much I have benefited each time
  
  The staff is knowledgable, friendly & sincerely interested in each patient's progress.
  The experience that the Director possesses is incredible & I highly recommend this as anyone's source for physical therapy

  About a year and a half ago I suddenly began experiencing a buzzing in my head after a period of sleep with head against a pillow. Sometimes it was extreme, affecting my vision. This happened when my head was pressed against anything for a while. After a few days of no sleep I had to sleep sitting up in a lounge chairs with something keeping the head from touching anything. This was not acceptable for the long term.
  
  After several experiments I made a small foam pillow and could sleep with the left side of my head supported by the pillow. Only the left side worked. This gave periods of reasonable sleep, but my body would not tolerate this all night. This approach kept me from total sleep deprivation, but I got very little if any deep sleep or REM sleep.
  
  Early in this process I had Xrays, two MRI’s, a Neurologist, and several different PT tries. None of these resulted in any detection of a problem.
  
  A few weeks ago I was introduced to Aquatic Physical Therapy & Beyond. Kristine Olivotti had ideas as to what might cause the problem and proceeded with treatments and exercise routines. After a short time I could sleep on right or left side with my small foam pillow. That was a great improvement since it was much more relaxing for the body. After a while I could also lie on my back without a problem. Also, the quality of sleep began to improve. I no longer had to sit up for part of the night. Most nights I now get an acceptable level of deep and REM sleep. I am extremely pleased with this miraculous progress.

  I absolutely love coming to this office! I have had neck and shoulder pain for years due to practicing dentistry and dry needling has helped tremedously. They treat you like family, and I highly recommend this office! Also, my husband has had back pain for several years and nothing has helped. I told him to try dry needling with Kristi and his back pain is gone!!!!!!!! I have also referred my sister for neck pain as well!

  This is my 2nd time at Aquatic Physical Therapy and Beyond. I came back because the service is excellent and they have really helped me with increased mobility in my knee.
  
  The pool and the gym exercises were challenging but, they paid off in that I am walking so much better than when I arrived.
  
  Ned and Jeff were my primary therapists but, all the staff is great and they know what they are doing.
  
  Kudos to Eliza and the front desk team who arranged my appointments and checked on my billing with the insurance company.
  
  One extra bonus is the other patients, they were great to interact with while receiving treatment.
  
  If you want quality therapy go to Aquatic Physical Therapy and Beyond.
