Loved the service. The Pharisee Jews believed that the only place to worship God was the Temple, so when the Temple was destroyed this belief did not serve them well because after the destruction of the Temple, the Pharisees pretty much disbanded because their God was gone. One of the problems the Pharisees had with the Samaritan Jews was that they believed that God could be worshipped anywhere. Like The Church at Six Forks, the Samaritan belief was much more adaptable, and they continued to worship. God need not just be found in church (or temple).
Welcoming & friendly! Lots of opportunities for kids & youth to be involved in Sunday services & mission activities! (Plus, added bonus: the 10:30 service gets out early enough you can go out to lunch & beat the rush!)

I found a true home at Windborne when I started attending here 4 years ago. The congregation is welcoming and caring and is a place where exciting things are happening. One visit and you will be hooked!!
My wife and I visited this church and were overwhelmed by the genuine love and acceptance we felt.
That's what we do at Windborne. We are a home away from home, a refuge, a place to seek and find God. We are currently in the process of relaunching our church and will be gathering on Sunday mornings at 10am, where we will observe Scripture and Sacrament.
