If you need a pair of cowboy boots, this is your place!! Very nice choice of cowboy hats too. Unfortunately, we were not able to find a hat in size 8 or xxl, my husband and father in law have big heads!! I was surprised to see that there was also womens, mens and kids clothing. The customer service was very good and we appreciated it very much. Cool store!!

Beyond imagination selection... nice sales people, one stand out- salesperson was very busy but looked up at me and could tell I was new. she stopped what she was doing, showed me around a variety of choices, and made herself available for the rest of my visit. unfortunately they didn't have my size. Awesome experience at BreakThrough PT in Amberly. Pooja Patel was my therapist for 25+ visits. I found Pooja to be extremely knowledgeable in her field. She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule after a serious medical issue with needed 1 on 1 time. Pooja listens and more importantly, remembers and adapts to your feedback. You are not just a number to Pooja. She was always friendly and eager to help me see improvement.

Kenny Biggs was great as well, always engaging and helpful. Many interns over the summer (Gabe!) helping out were all pleasant to work with.

Regarding the review about not following COVID mask protocols. In my experience, masks were on 100% of the time. Interns would diligently wipe down EVERYTHING I touched. Never saw a single exception.

I have had minor but chronic back pain for a many years and I had been procrastinating seeking professional treatment. I endured a particularly nasty back spasm while out jogging two months back which finally spurred me to seek help. After receiving a glowing recommendation for BreakThrough Physical Therapy from a friend, I started my treatment with Kenny Biggs at their Cary, Amberly office. What a difference it has made! Kenny is an experienced professional - he a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist (only approx 6% of PTs in US hold this certification). He was able to diagnose my ailment accurately within the first couple of weeks and thereafter he has overlooked a steady and progressive strengthening regimen to get me on the road to recovery. After 5 weeks, my back pain is effectively gone and I feel much better than I have had in quite some time. And I know that as long as I continue following the prescribed stretching and exercising regimen, I feel confident that I will be able to keep my back pain at bay. Their office follows strict COVID protocols, which includes wearing masks 100% of the time and sanitizing exercising equipment regularly. As a side note - even after visiting their office for 5 weeks, I still don't know what Kenny looks like because I have never seen him without a mask. Well, we can thank COVID for that!

I was the client who was in the clinic at the time and I was using an Assault Bike, which is not an elliptical machine. I was breathing heavy because I was using the Assault Bike properly to get loose and warmed up for the exercise routine that the therapist, Kenny, typically puts me through. I wore a mask the entire time.

Kenny mentioned to me that he did not have a full lunch break because of a meeting he had during the lunch time frame and told me he would finish his lunch while I warmed up on the Assault Bike. I think we can all agree, you cannot wear a mask while eating. Upon finishing his lunch, Kenny promptly put his mask back on.

The BreakThrough Physical Therapy clinic staff is extremely professional, courteous, and thoughtful of all their clients' needs. I have been a client of Kenny's for several months now, and will continue my patronage of this clinic because of the progress I've made and the serious injuries Kenny has helped me avoid.

I highly suggest you not sacrifice your mother's physical therapy needs because often things aren’t as they first seem.
