Excellent place that know what their doing. I hadn't had nails in a while and this place came highly recommended and just so. They are a well established business, professional, quick and care about their customers. They do exactly what the customer wants and also have great suggestions. I would definitely recommend.

I have truly enjoyed my time at Cortland Highcroft. Unlike so many other apartment complexes, the setting and landscaping here is beautiful, like an established neighborhood. The staff is friendly and professional, the residents are friendly and the community is incredibly peaceful and quiet. There's also a great mix of residents. Just a nice, pleasant, safe place to live. Also, there have been lots of upgrades and improvements lately. And finally, the location is convenient to pretty much everything.

Cortland Highcroft has been my home for about 2 months now. My experience here has been very pleasant. Kendra at the front office has been especially good to me! She made moving into first apartment a very smooth transition. She has taken the time out to get to know me on a first name basis and is very sweet! Thank you Kendra!

Absolutely love Cortland. Amazing experience working with Kendra Barkley. She is one of the most professional and personable leasing associates you will ever meet!!! Customer service is excellent. The best I've received in a very long time. Highly recommend this community and definitely recommend working with Kendra if you are looking for a warm and fulfilling experience. Kendra please don't ever change. People like you and your colleagues make the world go round. We need more establishments like Cortland. Keep up the good work guys!!!

I have truly enjoyed my stay on this property and love living in this area. The leasing office is great to work with especially the maintenance team. James and his crew has responded to every concern or minor repair with my unit efficiently and time effectively. I actually have never been able to feel so reassured in maintenance at any property I have ever stayed until High Croft. I look forward to my third year of stay.

I just moved to Cary and was in search of a new apartment, my experience at Cortland Cary apartment was really nice. There was a young lady named Jessica there who attended to someone else that I was impressed by how professional and polite to the person she was talking to. I have been to other apartment complex and they’re not very nice Jessica was very nice and pleasant. She listen to to them and acknowledge all the concerns she was very nice and polite and just good at what she does that I decided that I was going to work with her but she was very busy so I’ll be going back there because of Jessica this is a very beautiful apartment and I was very impressed by the employee and decor and everything so I look forward to seeing Jessica and hopefully rent from this apartment complex .

Best salon in entire Fonthill/Niagara area. Very clean and covid safe. Easy communication to book, kind owner and staff, and beautiful artwork. I'm picky about my French manicure, and Jenny does the best I've ever had. Great & fair prices.
