We have been coming for PT water treadmill sessions and electroshock therapy and everyone has been patient, helpful and accommodating. Knowledgeable staff who makes sure we have all the facts and understand them. It is very convenient to be able to communicate via email and have the opportunity to request necessary medication refills. Things seem to be very fine tuned and well-run.
Dr. Shults and the whole rehab team are awesome! They take such good care of our dog and have managed to make him more comfortable and less anxious each time he has a visit. I love that they remember my dog and his favorite activities/treats and every tech knows exactly where he's making progress and where he can make improvements.
Vet was very knowledgeable and gave very good solid action plan for our dog with bloody stool. Initial pricing information was good price and informative. Didn't like updates as we had to continually call but we figure that was because of how busy they are, and they did add small charges they didn't ask us about but kept the price under the initial higher end estimate. If I had got more continual updates from the staff while the Vet was working this would be a 5 star review... also the front office staff gave me an update on another animal when I called for mine that obviously makes you worry for your animals true status when something like that happens... Although after my initial consultation with the Vet I was confidant in the actual Vet and her knowledge and ability...
Dr. Keller, Dr. Shults and the staff have all been amazing; I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my pup! She's healing and recovering beautifully. But more than that, my (very anxious) dog isn't afraid to go back on a regular basis for her PT, and I've been able to see their loving care with her as much as she seems to feel it.
The Quartet Rehabilitation team is exceptional. They carefully identify and explain the underlying challenges (using visual aids) and walk through a treatment plan. I feel like my Bassets are supported by a great care team. One of my girls was overweight and limping regularly; she now is slim, muscular, and energetic. Her movement is powerful now! The other Basset is starting treatment, and I am looking forward to eliminating her pain through a combination of exercise and supportive medications. I feel empowered to help my dogs and support their long-term well-being because of a comprehensive treatment plan developed by the Rehab team (Dr. Schulz, Martha, Erin) and the holistic nutrition assessment by Dr. Yunker. The Quartet team is very responsive to emerging questions and issues, as well. I feel like I have an excellent care team!
