Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Mackenzie and LPN Natasha. My husband was diagnosed with diabetes and hospitalized. He went from 5 pills and three shots to one pill and insulin shots as needed. With the help of both Dr. Mackenzie and LPN Natasha my husband's weight loss has decreased and he is managing his diabetes much better. My medical history is extensive and because of Natasha and Dr. Mackenzie im doing much better. They are both throughly and very detailed about your health care issues. I have referred several people to her office that has called to express their gratitude and satisfaction for both Dr. Mackenzie and LPN Natasha. Although I am no longer a patient I continue to recommend this office to family and friends that are in need of a great medical team.
Dr. Mackenzie is knowledgable and thorough. The waiting room wait times are short and it's always easy to get an appointment.
I have been going to Dr. MacKenzie for over five years now. I completely love this practice! I understand the reviews about her going in and out of the room, however, I believe she has a lot on her mind but she is always thinking of her patients. She even called me after hours to check up on me a few months ago when I came in with some unusual complaints. Her nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable and attentive as well.
I love Dr Mack and her staff! Everyone is always very nice and friendly. I have been seeing her for 4 years and I wouldn’t go to any other doctor. About 6 months ago I went in for a physical and she saw something in my pelvic exam that she wanted checked out so she set up an ultrasound appointment for a week or so later. Upon leaving the appointment I got the news that a family member passed. Later that day another family member passed suddenly. After I returned for my ultrasound she found that everything was fine. A few days later her office called and asked me to come back in for another pelvic exam because there wasn’t a good sample during the first visit. About a day later I suffered a panic attack. Never had one before and it really scared me. When I showed up at my appointment about a week later I told Dr Mack about my attack and she was so apologetic. She said if she had known what was happening she would have gotten me in sooner. I have never had any problems with her or anyone in her office. She is very trustworthy and very thorough. If I could give her 10
stars I definitely would. Everyone is so rushed today that they don’t understand that sometimes you have to wait for certain things.
