I can’t rave enough about the inclusive workouts. The instructors allow you to go at your own pace and give you options to lower or higher the intensity of the workout. My favorite classes are with Molly, she has awesome workout routines and a great playlist! 😊

I may be biased, but this is the best community and workout in the area. Barre3 isn't like any other workout - it's major cardio, strength training, dynamic stretching, and more set to fun music. Low impact makes it accessible, but it's always as challenging and sweaty as you make it. You will feel every muscle group working in each class. I'm so grateful that Kailey and Tori opened this empowering and beautiful studio.

I fell in love with barre3!! The classes are fantastic and you can customize every move to your ability which makes it perfectly challenging for me, a newly post partum mom. I feel so strong after leaving. No two classes are the same and the studio is immaculately maintained and thoroughly cleaned. My two daughters love the Play Lounge.. they are always asking to go back! I totally recommend this to anyone looking for a diverse workout that will help push themselves mentally and physically. 🧡😊

The best workout ever! Kailey and Tori, and all of the Barre3 instructors, do an amazing job making exercise fun and entertaining. They are so encouraging and motivating. I leave every class feeling powerful, grateful for what I can do, and inspired to work harder!

This studio is really great - spacious, clean and brand new. If you are unfamiliar with Barre3, it’s a full body workout inspired but ballet, yoga and Pilates moves. This is the only workout method I ever practiced that offers a variety of modifications for each move to make you do the exercises you are able to, and continue working out the way it is safe for you personally - whether you have lower back, shoulder or neck pain, there are ways to perform each exercise differently so you are fully engaged throughout the whole class! I love how inclusive the team here is, making everyone part of the community. I highly recommend this studio to anyone!
