Dr. Zhou and her team have been taking care of me for 5 years. The atmosphere at the office is very clean and inviting. Dr. Zhou gives me very detailed instructions on maintaining the dental hygiene for every member of my family. She encourages my son to brush daily and he enjoys his visits to Crystal Smiles.

My permanent retainer broke, I needed a doctor to help me as soon as possible. Called a lot of dental clinic in my city, the earliest appointment was scheduled in 3 weeks. So I tried further, found Dr Zhou in Cary, she took care me at her lunch break the next day. This happed 6 years ago, after I moved to NC . Since then, every time I drive more than one hour from Greensboro to visit her for my dental appointment . She is very professional and patient. Strongly recommend.

This is a comfortable clinic that I feel ease to receive treatments from a dependable dental team. The waiting area is cozy and relaxing. The treatment rooms are nice and clean full of modern equipment. The entire team is polite, caring, and accommodating. Dr. Zhou is calm, tender, knowledgeable and skillful. Most importantly, she spends time to explain the condition, elaborate the treatment plan, and explore options that are best for the patient. These are the reasons I choose to go back to this clinic for my long term dental care.

Very good experience, kind and friendly. Environment is clean,and light, didn't feel any pressure. I started my teeth adjusted　2020 December, and after a year I just finished!! Is perfect and I love it 🥰
