My family has been coming here for the last 15 years and have always had great service.

I am surprised by the recent reviews, I have been going to this office for the past 8 years. Have always has great service, with both the check in experience, the lab tech, the Optometrist and the sales folks. I have not always bought glasses there but when they do have always been helpful and at a fair price. I do not have optical insurance so I know it will be more money.
I am so impressed I have flown back to NC to use them, due to much better service then I have ever gotten with Eye Doctors or eye glass stores in NYC area

I don't get the reviews lately. I am sitting in the waiting room now and everyone is polite and asking off people need help. they always manage to squeeze me in last minute even if they are fully booked. both docs have great personalities and are very nice. I have no problems here with the eye care. I have not purchased glasses though, but like mostly places you should make an appointment.
