Publix Super Market at Millpond Village

Store is really clean. Also had a great selection of meats. Was able to find a roast under 3 pounds. Staff was very helpful.

Produce was well stocked and dairy products too.

This five star review goes to Lisa in the deli this is not a reflection off the store itself and the other employees. When I approach the deli counter and there was a man and a woman far left laughing and having a conversation and there was two other employees slicing meat and cheese they seemed busy and occupied I stood at the counter for a little over five minutes the entire time I stared at the employees that were having a conversation curious and wondering why they kept looking at me yeah it did not take the time to stop and come help me as I stood at the hot bar. One of the employees slicing meat turn her head and said can you please go help The customer waiting at the hot bar he responded to her but I’m not sure what he said but he never came to help me nor did the lady that he was talking to that had a hairnet on. I was been approached by a lady name Lisa will apologize for my wait and was attentive I explain to her that I was very appreciated that she stopped what she was doing just to come help me she did the right thing and I truly believe that she showed what customer service is all about and it’s hard to find that nowadays it seems like a lot of retail businesses are slacking on customer service short on staff which is not in their control but it just doesn’t seem like people care about their jobs anymore these days . Thank you so much Lisa your service was definitely noticed

Wonderful place clean staff is courteous I've gone to Harry Teeters in Food Lion and I'm originally from Brooklyn I move to Florida and I deal with Publix there I'm not being biased went to heritage's and Food Lion getting likes and things especially with the deli to meet Once Upon books they asked me how I liked the Coco cut if it was thin enough if I like to try a slice they also have a market Crown chop meat that they do in-house from the trimmings which is like old school you won't be disappointed and of course the street there's a place called poppies looks like tiny house and does Cuban food really good and a pizzeria from New York or brothers in the Publix Shopping Center thumbs up

Easy to order, shopper communicated well while he was shopping and they brought the order out fast and that person was very friendly. They just messed up on item on my list. I ordered regular Havarti but got Havarti with Dill (yuck) and that cheese isn't cheap, almost $7 so was a little disappointed with that.
