It is overall okay with no major issues, but I feel some of the details need to be improved. All the barbers are friendly and have good hair cut techniques, while sometimes it seems that they need to rush to finish the work. I came back and found out that my hair is not in the even length. Some places are rough work with uneven hair length in the same spot. I was not able to tell this clearly when I was at the barber shop. I would go back to continue using this place for hair cut as it is not bad, but the experiences also made me intentionally choose a specific barber to do the job.

Alex and the staffs are awesome! Me and my sisters have started coming here few years back and I love how they do my hair. Always recommends what's best for your hair and not push you to something that would damage it.

COVID safe - all stylists and customers wear masks. I skipped a shampoo so I could be in and out faster, and Alex expertly trimmed and layered my long Asian hair in 20 minutes or so. It was great to get a professional haircut after months of quarantine. Price can't be beat either! Hitto Salon is the best. My 6 year old son and I have been coming here for 4 years and are always happy with the results. Pro tip - go during the week.

Today I drove from High Point to visit this salon, I went in as a walk-in for a Japanese perm. They did an awesome job. Every stylist was kind and friendly. The results of my Japanese perm was flawless and silky.. i will definitely be back and will be sending them lots of clients.
