NC Insurance Guy

I contacted James on a Saturday to know about Health insurance plans he can offer. Since I was in a hurry, he scheduled an appointment on the same day to go through my requirements. After listening to my needs and reviewing my current health insurance plan, he told me to stick with my existing plan since it is a better option for me. James is the man! Very attentive, takes business down to a personal level to where I feel like I've known him for years! His personality is like no other. It doesn't feel like I'm talking to a robot or someone that just clearly is here for the comission check. James goes above and beyond to make sure to fit exactly what you need with a reasonable price. I can talk so much more about James, but the last thing I will say about James is that this man is persistent and consistent in making sure to communicate with you. He will randomly text you just to see how your day is going. If that doesn't make you feel like that's going above and beyond, then you're just blind!
