Advance Care has changed much of how things were before. I'd say more negatives than positives. Unfortunately, I believe it has impacted a good many existing patients, especially when it comes to costs, etc. Just so Thankful that I still have Dr. Vandegriff and that Maria is still there. If neither were, I would not be either. I had a HORRID experience at another Advance Care location years ago....3 in a row actually (same location - Chapel Hill). I was really set back when I heard of their collaboration with the practice.
Phew....Hats Off to Dr. Vandergriff & Maria!!!!! -

(March 8, 2023, 3:48 pm)This is my first year with Avance Care, although my highly thought of primary physician (D. Vandergriff) remains the same as does most of the support staff. Thus, from a patient's perspective nothing has changed other than there are now 2 locations--with the one near my house conveniently open half days on Saturday and easily available for more urgent care interventions.
