I've had several repairs done here and always have a great experience. Bob is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and the guys always are quick to get the work done. I would highly recommend Midas on Monte Vista Ave.

I don't live in Vacaville but I wanted to get an oil change. Midas had a deal from their web site that I used. It includes checking fluids, checking tires & free tire rotation. Technicians showed me that I really needed a new air filter [ mine was really dirty ] so I got that replaced as well. Bob was really helpful & wanted to make sure I was happy with the job.

I'm a widow and I get very intimidated taking my car anywhere to be serviced but while driving i heard something scraping bad. I pulled into Midas in VV and the manager Dane came out, welcomed me and asked what I needed help with. He was very kind and it felt like he actually wanted to help. Dane and all the technicians there were very polite, welcoming and for whatever reason I felt safe there🤷‍♀️ Dane was able to reassure me that my cover was cosmetic and no harm was done to my car. Good mechanics are hard to find but I was lucky to find a GREAT one!!! Most definitely taking my car there for future services and letting all my friends know.

The staff at Riccobene Associates are extremely professional and friendly from the associate that checks you in to the assistant that preps you for the hygienist to the dentist who examined me. Meg who cleaned my teeth is friendly, professional and makes the process pain free.
The facility itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing and makes for a comfortable visit. I especially like the fact that all of the dental equipment is state of the art. I have recommended Riccobene Associates to friends and acquaintances in the past and I will continue to do so in the future.

The hygeneist that has worked with me is 5 Star and very gentle.
She applauded my recent return to flossing and noted much improvement.

Today I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in a long time. My teeth have been neglected and I knew there was lots of built up plaque. My hygienist, a young woman was named Meg, she looked elegant with her head covered with an exotic turban, which she made herself. She is a delightful person. Aside from this she was very gentle, courteous, and VERY GOOD at what she was doing; I do not remember having a more thorough cleaning in my entire life, which is extensive. My teeth shine. A second doctor came in to check on the work and they consulted with each other and me as to what to do next. Some problems that showed up on X-ray may require additional work so they gave me something to think about. I highly recommend this firm to anyone.

I think it’s one of the most finally tuned dental practices around. The check in process is efficient. The assistants and hygienists take a thorough history and are gentle, The dentists that I have seen are very professional. When I first came to Riccobene, I wondered how personable it would be since it’s a large practice with many offices. All I can say is it does not feel like a large practice at all. Staff seem to enjoy what they do and the visits are as pleasant as can be.

I like that they have sub specialists all under the same roof and they have your care very well coordinated. All your records are in one place.

Technology looks very up to date.

I also really like that they have their own insurance plan. It’s far superior on so many levels to anything offered by any of the large corporations that claim to be dental insurance providers. I was very impressed by the transparency and simplicity of their insurance.

5 stars does not justify the amount of respect I have for this specific business. They are just simply amazing, professional, loving, and every thing else. I love this place. I will definitely be going back to school to pursue a career as a dental hygienist, I need a job and an environment like this.
