Hands down, Best Agent in the Triangle! I have been with Kevin for many years now. Kevin knows his stuff, is on top of things, knows me and my accounts as if I am his only client, has great communication, understands his business, and continually provides exceptional customer service. Kevin is what all Agents should strive to be in my opinion. On a personal level, I have bounced around from different insurance companies and even different State Farm Agents before choosing Kevin. Me personally, I am very demanding and often forget the "warm and fussy." Business is business. I am not for everyone. Kevin is far beyond the most professional, courteous, and hard working individual with whom I work. If you need anything morning, noon, or night Kevin will answer and solve your insurance related problem/s. For those of us whom are very busy and don't have a lot of time to wait around and need to solve problems immediately, Kevin is a gift from God. I believe we have 7 or 8 policies with State Farm. Several of those we found cheaper through another provider, but decided to go with Kevin simply because of his punctuality and work ethic. When we need something, he delivers, period.
