Friendly and knowledgeable staff and actually spoke with the owner. We were allowed to bring several samples home for review. Highly recommend.

Friendly people here helped us quickly select the flooring we wanted. The let us sign out some large samples to take home for a few days. The flooring arrived 2 days after we ordered it. Including the freight, the total cost was comparable to less than other places. With a greater quantity, the savings would be significant.

Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door till our projects were completed. Alan came out and measured the rooms in our home. Susan and Dominique were always helpful in the store or on the phone. The subcontractors who installed the carpet and LVP were all very neat and professional. Multi generation flooring company that does it right the first time, from walking thru the door at the showroom, answering ALL our questions, quality installation done right the first time. These folks live by the golden rule, decades of satisfied customers and I am glad to say I am one. We had both carpet and luxury vinyl plank installed. I have over 35 years experience in the housing biz, forget the big box stores, Mangum's is the real deal.
