  I was referred by my dentist for TMJ pain. I also have reoccurring neck and shoulder pain. I went today just to schedule an appointment and they worked me in right then. I’m very impressed with what Nabila had to say and felt it all made sense. She did massage therapy on my jaw and I felt relief by the time I left. I’m going back for more therapy on jaw, neck and shoulder. After seeing the orthopedic dr which focused solely on the bone, I feel like I’m finally going in the right direction with help for the soft tissue. I give it 5 stars. Professional, friendly, and caring ❤️

  I have been a patient/client of this wonderful team of therapists off and on for two plus years. They are the best at what they do and I would and have highly recommend them.

  I had an emergency with my neck muscles being so tight that I could not turn my head
  The office staff were able to work me in for an appointment during my lunch hour, which was very appreciated. The physical therapist performed an intake of my current problem before beginning manipulation and massage. He was able to resolve some of the muscle stress on my connective tissue immediately so that I had some range of motion before my session was over. He gave me exercises to do and watched me perform them to ensure that I was doing them correctly. Every staff member I encountered was very polite, friendly and professional. Over this two-week span, the exercises have helped resolve the muscle tension and I can move my head freely. Thank you, Tanas Physical Therapy! I highly recommend this practice.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Nabila and Tanas Physical Therapy. After suffering from ear and hearing troubles for 7 months and seeing endless specialists, it is with the expertise that Nabila provides, that I am finally getting my life back. She truly listens and provides exceptional care and treatments in getting to the root of the problem. I am forever grateful

  Everyone at Tanas are super friendly and really care about all of the patients! I would recommend Tanas to all of my friends and family. I can only say wonderful things about the entire staff. They treat you like family!
