Jazzercise Fitness Center of Cary

I just got back into exercising after a 10 year "gap". Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. There are no mirrors and no judgement! The class was so fun - everyone works at their own level and alternative exercises are given for those of us with physical limitations. So happy I found Jazzercise!

I love this community! Joining this group of people has been one of the best things I’ve ever done. Yes, the workout is great, the music is fun…but my favorite part is the people it has brought into my life. I’m so thankful for Jazzercise Fitness Center of Cary!!

The best workout, hands down! It is high energy with great music. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. They provide options and modifications when needed. Honestly, everyone should give Jazzercise a try.

Wow! What a welcoming group of instructors and customers. I have been taking Jazzercise classes for years. When I moved to the area, I knew that I needed my favorite workout. I knew I would love the music, the moves, and the physical challenge that the program offers, but I did not know how much I needed the friends I would make there. Since the first class I took at Jazzercise Fitness Center of Cary, I have felt such a sense community and friendship.
