Awesome customer service. Highly recommend everyone use them.

Reasonable time for oil changes and tire rotations. Especially with the report on your car that they provide you. The report is VERY detailed with pictures of what’s right or wrong on your vehicle and they aren’t too pushy with recommending work.

Another reviewer wrote that they felt like they were not pressured into repairs. That was so true.

I came in for my state inspection and also a brake inspection as well. Sam (who I think is the assistant shop manager), was very personable and professional.

He kept me updated throughout the entire visit. He was also very honest and gave his professional opinion about what was and wasn’t discovered when the techs looked at my car.

I decided to wait in the shop while my vehicle was serviced and I can tell you that Sam was the same way with other customers coming in the shop as well as to those whom he spoke with over the phone.

People make the difference and make the experience. Previously I had been taking my car to the dealership for service just because I thought “If you want something done right, take it to the source”.

Based on this experience I will definitely be ditching the dealership and coming back here for future services.

For the 1st time in 35 yrs I was not preasured into accepting additional service(s) that I did not come to get, nor needed. My Ford 2008 F150 was accepted & serviced properly without extra waiting or delays. **(I wanted to get fuel injector cleaned out but it had gone up in price from $126.+ To $179.+)

I scheduled an appointment for an auto inspection at the Kildaire Farm branch of AAA in Cary, over the phone. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. At the AAA building, I was impressed with their friendliness, courtesy and COVID 19 safety precautions. I was relieved to find a car care company that is taking health precautions seriously and keeping all of their customers and employees safe. The receptionist was extremely friendly and kind. She wore a mask and changed gloves for each customer. The AAA website explained that the car inspector would put covers over the steering wheel, seat and floor mat. The AAA building was impeccably clean. Seating was spaced apart. Signs were in place for social distancing. The check in and check out area had a barrier for the employee/customer safety. I was impressed by AAA's thoroughness and customer care. I highly recommend AAA for your car care needs!
