  I have been a customer with CPI for 12 years. Recently I called some of your competitors looking for a DIY alarm system. I called and talked to Chukiara Vick who was very friendly, and she knew her business. Chukiara provided me what I needed to keep my family secure. I called CPI ready to change to a lower cost competitor but after my encounter with Mrs. Vick, I was happy to stay with CPI.

  I highly recommend CPI Security. We have had their system installed at our home for many years with no issues. We recently installed a new router for our internet and we had difficulty in resetting up the camera system. A CPI representative came to our home and reprogrammed our camera and successfully interfaced it with our WIFI, The CPI representative was knowledgeable and professional. He got our system working correctly again without a service charge. I highly recommend CPI.

  I had a monitored security system with CPI for more than 10 years, and was very pleased with them. I sold my house, and I have built a new home and again need a monitored security system. I received a great offer from them, and looking forward to having my new system installed tomorrow. I did get quotes from other companies, but CPI offers the best packages and equipment in my opinion. Great company, with great customer service!
