The stress of the situation melted away after I spoke with Kevin. Now our office enjoys seamless printing, scanning, and copying like never before. We are certainly a more efficient office after calling Copiers Plus!

(March 7, 2019, 12:37 pm)Our estate planning law firm started working with Copiers Plus in 2017, and we have been impressed with everything about them from Day One.
Copier salespeople reach out to us constantly, and it can be hard to differentiate them from one another. We thought we were happy with our previous provider. But Copiers Plus took us to a new level: it started with a non-pushy, helpful salesperson. She showed us a product that would cut our color copying costs in half (rep from our previous company was incredulous, but month after month, it proves out).
After the sale, they've kept on reaching out to make sure we're getting the most out of our copier--not in a nagging way, but in a "just checking in" kind of way. It's worked out so well, we now have two machines.
Every once in a while, something breaks. They come out immediately and fix it. And their service people are friendly and know their stuff.
I would highly recommend CP. -

(January 23, 2019, 10:23 am)Our Company has been working directly with Kevin Dunn in reference to purchasing and installations of our current printers from our locations in North Carolina to our locations in Washington, DC and all of our Ohio offices. He has been expeditious with his delivery of business and if something does not go according to plan, he is on it. He gives a check up call or email to see if he can be of assistance. His work ethic is very commendable. He makes sure that we are all on the same accord to getting tasks completed as we all say we are. Kevin is not only a man of his word, but his actions reflect impeccable workmanship.
