(July 29, 2023, 5:59 am)This is a new community in beautiful Fuquay-Varina. The management staff organizes monthly events for the community and always include food. Overall after living here for over a year, I enjoy the quiet family oriented atmosphere in this very safe townhome community. Commute for work is about 40 minutes to RTU, Sanford, and Clayton (if you work in the pharmaceutical industry).
Cons:
The rent is expensive and there are no community amenities.
(July 17, 2023, 2:38 pm)Ashford Townes is a fantastic place to live. The homes are beautiful and the girls at the office are helpful and always respond to messages and maintenance requests quickly. Couldn't be happier as a resident!
(September 13, 2022, 11:02 am)A great place to live. The staff and maintenance team have been very responsive answering and fixing my issue. The lawn service does a good job with the upkeep of the area.
