  I have a 24" magnum elite higher level stand that I've used for a few years. I had an issue with the stand on 11/11/19 and called Rocky Keim at Buckhorn around noon.
  I explained the issue and texted him a picture of the problem. Rocky said he would make it right. On Thursday, 11/14/19, a brand new replacement stand was delivered to my door.
  Unforeseen issues sometimes happen and I understand that, but the over the top customer service blew me away and sets Buckhorn Outdoors apart from the big box treestand manufacturers.
  
  I highly recommend the Buckhorn Outdoors Higher Level tree stand. It allows for safe and cable adjustments with a hand and or foot crank while climbing up the tree.
  Hats off to Buckhorn Outdoors and Rocky Keim.

  My experience with Rocky at Buckhorn has been nothing but 100% positive. The man has the patients. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me rebuild my old stand that was in shambles, The conversion kit is 100%.I can’t say enough about a great guy and a great company. Keep up the great work Rocky! Joe H.
